I used to call this blog an adventure travel blog. Now I guess I focus more on budget travel and family travel. I suppose adventure is a little bit too much of a subjective term. You see, what is adventure to me, might not be adventure to you. Like for example, I would never, ever, not in a million years bungy jump. But I have spent quite a bit of time hitch hiking around New Zealand. And that, to some people, would sound pretty freaking adventurous to some people.
So what about flying into space? Ok, maybe most people can agree that would fit the bill for “adventure travel.”
So here is your chance. Landrover is giving away tickets for one lucky winner, and three friends to fly into space with Virgin Galactic. There are also runner up prizes to visit the space training facility in New Mexico and enjoy a thrilling off road adventure with Landrover in the desert.
All you need to do visit the Landrover competition page and upload a picture of short video that encapsulates what “adventure” means to you.
So what does adventure mean to you?
Here are some photos that show what adventure means to us.
