The main attraction to see in the central Javanese city of Jogyakarta is the Kraton – or royal palace.

The best way to see Borobudor temple is on the sunrise tour.

Nothing beats the sunrise tour of Borobudor, but if you have a second morning in Borobudor then we highly recommend going up to a nearby hill for a view of the sunrise over the jungle. You can see the top of Borobudor poking out of the mist here.
